Merchandise Return Authorization:

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN ADVANCE OF THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO OUR FACILITYPRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CAN NOT BE TRACED AND WILL NOT BE CREDITED.

If you are a direct HeatStar®, HeatStar AG™, or Enerco Dealer/Distributor:

Merchandise may not be returned without the prior approval of HeatStar® by Enerco, HeatStar AG™, or Enerco.  Please email a copy of your completed return request form to the Customer Service department at RMA@us-egi.com.  (For a copy of the most recent return form, please click below to download.  Your pop-up blocker may need to be turned off to access.)  Upon receipt, the request will be reviewed and, if appropriate, a return material authorization number (RMA#) will be issued. Merchandise returned without prior approval will be subject to refusal and returned freight collect; or if accepted, a handling charge of 25% of purchase price will be deducted from the credit memo.

Authorized merchandise returned for credit, repair, or replacement must be shipped with TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID.  Full credit will be issued for original invoice subject to a handling and repacking charge of 25%.  Merchandise returned transportation collect will be charged back by invoice or deducted from credit.

Credit allowances for obsolete, shelf-worn, or damaged merchandise will be solely at the discretion of HeatStar®, HeatStar AG™, or Enerco.  This merchandise is subject to an additional 10% handling charge and costs of new packaging.
